Dr. Jonathan Thomas-Stagg is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified School Psychologist. He is the founder and President of Evergreen Assessment & Consultation (EAC) which was officially opened in 2024. Prior to founding EAC, he founded EAC’s sister company, Evergreen Coaching and Counseling Services in 2019. He has experience working in public school settings, University settings advocating for students with disabilities, and private practice. He has 20+ years of experience and in that time has conducted over 10,000 psychological evaluations for clients ranging from 6 weeks to 99 years. He has two children who keep him on his toes. Jonathan enjoys nature, philsophy, art, and music, in no particular order.

Jazz Garcia is a Doctoral Candidate in School Psychology at the University of Oregon with comprehensive training and diverse professional experience. She holds a Master's in Educational Psychology (2019) from the University of Arizona and a Master's in Special Education (2023) from the University of Oregon. Jazz has worked in a variety of settings, including residential treatment centers, hospitals, therapeutic outpatient clinics, child development and assessment clinics, and public schools. Her professional passion lies in early childhood assessment and intervention, where she empowers families by teaching parents the skills needed to support their child’s unique needs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two goofy and loving dogs, Apollo and Flynn. She also loves watching movies and reality TV, attending trivia nights, and discovering the best food spots in town.
